I believe in a holistic approach that recognizes the uniqueness of everyone. Obstacles in life can leave feeling trapped, unbalanced, uncertain about the future, or burdened by the past. All of us have the capacity to overcome and heal. My goal is to work with you and walk alongside you to identify and remove the obstacles in your way. I believe in a client-centered approach and in creating a safe environment where all people, regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, spirituality, and abilities will blossom. As a military spouse and mom, I understand the complexity of trauma, PTSD, and life uncertainties.
