Masters Level Intern Therapist

Sadie is a counseling intern who utilizes a person centered and holistic approach to counseling, and prioritizes having a healthy and supportive therapeutic relationship to facilitate growth. They believe that every person has the ability to heal, and their goal as a counselor is to provide an open and honest space for you to explore what healing means for you as an individual. Sadie uses a variety of therapeutic techniques based on what will be the most effective for each person, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. They have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and enjoy helping people navigate the different stages and changes in life. Sadie also has experience and knowledge working with LGBTQ+ folks and regardless of sexuality or gender will always provide an identity affirming space.

Currently enrolled at New England College in Master of Arts Clinical Mental Health Program
