I offer a evidence-based psychodynamic approach to promote a holistic sense of wellbeing within a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space.Through our work together, we will support self-awareness and genuine ways of relating to your experience, ensuring therapy unfolds to empower you in creating your own life path. This encompasses the exploration of both conscious and unconscious influences on our lives, utilizing mindfulness and psychodynamic techniques to delve into inner narratives, childhood and life experiences, values, relational patterns, dreams, and their impact on mental and emotional health. Expanding our capacities for self-awareness has proven vital to well-being, including engaging essential psychological resources that aid in navigating challenges and discovering fulfillment. It can also help identify the roots of issues behind patterns and symptoms which can alienate us from ourselves and others, hindering our freedom to act with authenticity. Our collaboration within therapy will strive to encourage developments to allow our distress and suffering to be a catalyst for healing that transforms challenges into opportunities for growth

Currently enrolled in a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rivier University
Obtained a B.S. in Counseling Foundations from Granite State College
