Jena is a pre-licensed clinical social worker with 7 years of experience working with children and adults. Jena has background in exploring the complexities of Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, and diverse teachings focused on Mood Disorders as well as Thought Disorders. Jena has a passion for exploring the impact of diagnoses and life experiences as it pertains to self confidence, self acceptance, and self forgiveness. Thru integrative therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) Jena seeks to empower clients to acknowledge strengths, vulnerability, resiliency, and embrace change that is within one’s control. As a collaborator, Jena ultimately encourages clients to recognize emotions, explore power in identity, and utilize their voice to foster a “healthy” life trajectory. 

Qualifications

Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire

Under supervision by Carol Malouin, LMCHC (NH License: 761)
